A CONSCIOUS EXCHANGE

This space is built on the principles of awareness, alignment, and ethical reciprocity. By engaging with the services and offerings of Souls and Plants (www.soulsandplants.com), you enter into a conscious exchange rooted in integrity, presence, and respect.
1. Who We Are & Our Purpose
Souls and Plants, founded by Celine Thompson (32 chemin de la Grange aux Moines, 37510 Berthenay, France) offers soul-aligned guidance, retreats, energy coaching, and intuitive workshops. Each experience is designed to support your inner alignment, wisdom, and connection to the natural world.
2. Your Commitment
By using this website or booking a service, you aknowledge the terms of our disclaimer and you agree to:
Engage with openness and self-responsibility.
Respect the energy and time exchanged.
Honor the spirit of ethical use in all content provided.
3. Booking, Payments & Energy Exchange
All bookings are completed through SimplyBookMe, with secure payments processed via Stripe.
Prices are displayed in €, and applicable taxes (if any) will be clearly indicated.
Your booking is confirmed upon full payment.
4. Cancellations & Refunds (Including 14-Day EU Consumer Law)
1:1 Sessions: Can be rescheduled with 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable, as energy is already set in motion.
Workshops & Online Courses: In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, you have 14 days from purchase to request a refund unless the service has already begun (i.e., you have attended a live session or accessed digital materials).
Retreats & In-Person Events: Deposits are non-refundable, unless otherwise indicated. Full refund policies are specified at the time of booking.
If you need to cancel or modify a booking, please email connect@soulsandplants.com, and we will seek the most harmonious resolution.
5. Ethical Use of Materials
The wisdom shared through content, recordings, guides, and digital materials is offered in the spirit of growth and transformation. To honor the exchange, you agree not to:
Copy, resell, or distribute any material without permission.
Use recordings or resources outside of personal development.
6. Harmonizing Disputes
If a challenge arises, we believe in resolving it with presence and balance.
First, please contact connect@soulsandplants.com with a detailed description of the issue.
If resolution is not reached, and legal intervention is needed, disputes will be handled under French law (or the relevant jurisdiction of the client under EU regulations).
For EU clients, the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform is available: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
7. Responsibility & Limitations
This work is meant to support and empower you but does not replace medical, psychological, or financial advice.
You are responsible for how you integrate and apply the insights received.
While every offering is made with integrity and care, Souls and Plants is not liable for individual outcomes.
8. Updates to These Terms
This document is a living agreement, adapting as necessary. The most recent version will always be available on www.soulsandplants.com .
