A SPACE FOR CONNECTION AND WISDOM

Welcome to this sacred space of shared wisdom, reflection, and connection. Here, we embrace the principles of harmony, respect, and authenticity, drawn from the yogic path of life. These guidelines help us co-create a nourishing and uplifting environment for all.

1. Ahimsa (Non-Harm) – Speak with Kindness & Compassion

This space is built on gentle and respectful communication. We honor the energy of words, knowing they shape the world around us. Please share your thoughts with kindness, mindfulness, and a heart-centered approach :

  • No hate speech, discrimination, or unkind comments.

  • Honor each other's unique perspectives, even in disagreement.

  • Approach discussions with curiosity rather than judgment.

2. Satya (Truthfulness) – Share from Your Authentic Self

Truth is a vibration that resonates through our being. Here, we honor honest, open-hearted sharing while being mindful that truth should be expressed with love :

  • Feel free to express your authentic voice, but avoid spreading misinformation.

  • Speak from your personal experience rather than imposing beliefs on others.

  • Transparency and integrity are welcome—marketing or self-promotion should be aligned with the values of this space and shared with intention.

3. Asteya (Non-Stealing) – Honor Energy & Originality

Creativity, wisdom, and time are sacred offerings. Please respect the work, words, and contributions of others :

  • If sharing insights or inspirations from this space, give credit where it is due.

  • No plagiarism or unauthorized use of content.

  • Honor the energetic exchange—if something has helped you, consider giving back (a kind word, an engaged presence, or simply gratitude).

4. Brahmacharya (Balance & Moderation) – Create Space for Presence

In a world of constant noise, this space is an invitation to slow down, breathe, and be present. Let’s cultivate meaningful engagement over endless distraction :

  • Stay on topic and engage with intention rather than posting excessively.

  • Respect others' space and energy—avoid spamming or over-promoting.

  • Allow for pauses and deep listening, both within yourself and in discussion.

5. Aparigraha (Non-Attachment) – Flow with Openness & Gratitude

Growth comes when we hold space for new perspectives and allow energy to move freely. We practice openness, gratitude, and an easeful exchange of ideas :

  • Let go of the need to "win" discussions—this is a space for reflection, not debate.

  • Be willing to listen, shift, and evolve without clinging to rigid viewpoints.

  • Receive and offer wisdom with an open heart, without expectation.

6. Shaucha (Purity) – Keep This Space Clear & Uplifting

Purity is not about perfection, but about honoring the energy of the space we co-create. Let’s keep this space clear of toxicity, unnecessary drama, or clutter :

  • No harmful, explicit, or inappropriate content.

  • Keep discussions aligned with the essence of this space—energy, intuition, nature, and soul connection.

  • If something feels off, pause before engaging—awareness is our greatest tool.

7. Santosha (Contentment) – Cultivate Gratitude & Joy

This space is not about fixing or striving—it is about being, learning, and growing together. Let’s celebrate the present moment, find beauty in the journey, and uplift each other :

  • Express gratitude when something resonates.

  • Support and encourage one another rather than seeking to correct.

  • Trust that we are all walking our own path—there is no one way, only the way that aligns with your soul.

Co-Creation & Respect for Boundaries

This space is a shared garden of wisdom—it flourishes when tended with care. If someone violates these principles, they may be asked to reflect, pause, or step away.

If you ever feel something does not align, please reach out with kindness, and let’s approach it together.

May this space be a sanctuary of energy, connection, and soul-aligned exploration. Thank you for being part of this journey.

Aloha,

Celine Thompson/ Souls and Plants
