Ecstatic dance is not just movement - it’s a gateway to freedom, energy, and deep connection. In my world, dance is a language beyond words, a space where your body speaks, your energy flows, and your soul expands.
Whether you feel stuck in a life that is not you, overwhelmed , or simply longing to move with more ease, ecstatic dance offers a way to release pent up emotions and energy, liberate your body and soul, and reconnect to yourself and the world.
I believe dance is a way to heal and to return to your authentic self. This is not about learning steps or following someone else’s moves or guidance, it’s about letting your body lead, trusting the wisdom within, and surrendering to the music as it carries you deeper into yourself. This is more than dance - it’s an awakening.
My ecstatic dances are a sensory and energetic journey : with silent disco headsets, you step into your own immersive bubble, with nature surrounding you, guided by an intuitively chosen playlist attuned to the energy of the moment, so that music, movement, and nature - and you - merge to create full alignment with the energy of the universe...

My dances are for those who dream of running wild on the beach like a child, of swaying under the stars, of feeling the wind and the music become one with their soul. If you want to deepen the experience, I will guide you through the energy of the theme of each dance before and after the musical journey through an immersive energy circle.

A 90 mn outdoors immersive dance experience (headset provided).
A curated playlist designed to align participants with the energy of the moment.
A grounding exercise or meditation to open and close the session.
Optional: a circle to deepen the experience 30 mn before and after the session to get in touch with the energy that we are collectively working through.

We dance outdoors at two different locations (the western coast of France near Les Sables d’Olonne, and near Tours in the center of France. The dances may be cancelled if it rains, there is a maximum number of dancers of 50.
Dates for 2025:
Sunset beach dances : May 3d, June 22d, July 20th, August 24th, September 21st
Garden or river dances : Every thursday evening of July and August
Dances begin around 20:30 and lasts 1h30, immersive energy circle begins 30 mn before and lasts 30 mn aferwards (you are free to join and leave the circle or the dance at any time)
Dances are done barefoot or in socks or soft soled shoes, with no substances, no talking, no using phones (except to take breathtaking sunset pictures), no interacting without consent (please use prayer hand gesture to disagree with interaction).
